Women’s Creative Wellbeing Workshop

Earlier this year, we gathered for a deeply nourishing 3-hour Women’s Creative Wellbeing Workshop, designed to support reflection, connection, and meaningful intention-setting for the year ahead.

Held in a warm and supportive space, this wellbeing workshop for women invited participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore what truly matters.

The afternoon included:

• A gentle yin yoga practice to support relaxation and embodied awareness
• A guided creative collage experience designed to encourage reflection, clarity, and visioning
• Space for connection, self-expression, and emotional wellbeing

Through a combination of embodied movement, creativity, and therapeutic reflection, participants were supported to explore their intentions for the year ahead and reconnect with their inner values.

This workshop was facilitated by Masters-qualified practitioners:

Janel Gibson – Creative Arts Therapist
Hope Calvert – Counsellor and Yoga Instructor

Together we created a calm, welcoming environment where women could pause, reflect, and reconnect both with themselves and with others.
