Your First Session

Once I've received your message, I'll be in touch to discuss next steps and arrange your first appointment if requested. Sessions are available in person at my Carrum Downs practice, via telehealth, or by phone - Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday AEDT.

Fees

When booking an initial session, you will be required to pay upfront in full to confirm your time. Please note, I cannot offer medicare or private health rebates for sessions.

Individual counselling: $145 for a 60-minute session.
